Journal: Tools to connect with your higher self

Are you already an avid journal-er or do you want to begin a journaling practice? Jennifer An will share three journaling practices you can use to spice up your daily practice or begin a practice of your own aimed at connecting with the present moment more fully and communicating more clearly with your Higher Self. Journal is an excellent way to self reflect and release tension held in the mental and emotional bodies. Join us for a night of community, connection and journal.
 
Jennifer An is a certified natural health educator and 200-hour yoga certified instructor. She is dedicated to helping people see the energetic nature of this life, their potential to heal themselves through the power of the mind and their ability to call on the spiritual realm of guides and healers that are here supporting their health-journey and spiritual evolution this life-time.
